November's Hot Topics night will be held on November 30th in the Activity Room. We will begin at 6:00 with dinner and annoucements. Then we will serve coffee and desserts. Tonight's topic will be on modest. We will talk about the way our culture dresses, the type of images we see in media, and how we interact with the other gender. We will also look at what God's Word says about our bodies and how we treat them. This will be a great night for you to share your thoughts and ideas about today culture and how it views modesty.

Wreath Sales

November 1st is the chicken pie/country ham supper and the first day we will begin selling our Christmas wreaths. The money we make off of this program will go toward the families we support at Christmas. Jennifer will have order forms available to start selling the wreaths but she will need help selling these during the supper. Please let her know if you are interested in helping sell at any point during the supper from 4 to 7.

New Small Group Program

FMyouth's new small group program will be called "G-groups," which stands for "Gemein groups." These groups will be lead by several adult leaders and will focus on building close relationships, diving deeper into the Bible, and growing an awesome community of youth.

Square Dancing

New Philadelphia is hosting it's annual Square Dance on November 23rd in the Fellowship Hall. Friedberg youth will meet at Friedberg at 6:00 and head over to New Philadelphia. The square dance lasts until 8:00 and we will leave from there together and all youth can be picked up from Friedberg at 8:30. Youth will need to bring canned food donations for admission. The donations will be given to Sunnyside Ministry. There is no cost for admission but all donations are accpeted on behalf of Sunnyside. This is a really fun event and a great way to meet more people from all over the province. Snacks will be available but dinner will NOT be served.

Youth Sponsorship

Friedberg Youth is looking for volunteers to provide meals and two hours of their time on a Sunday night. The new Youth Sponsorship Program allows any volunteers, parents or church members, to sign up for a Sunday night, provide a meal for the youth, and stay to help “chaperone” from 6:00-8:00. This is a great way to be a mentor of youth, serve others of the church, and all for just a two hour time commitment. Drama Ministry

Mona Templin is starting a new drama ministry on Wednesday nights from 7:00-7:30 for any youth who are interested in getting involved. You will work with puppets, practice skits, have fun with improvisation, and learn some acting skills.
